The foundation of a revolutionary home buying service!
Homebuyers Relo...and exclusive buyer agencies elsewhere are set apart because we're dedicated to the belief that buyers deserve separate and equal representation...that which sellers have always enjoyed, and which buyers usually thought they had.
We’ve adopted a business model therefore where we serve only buyers, never sellers. Our offices have no listings and no seller clients of our own, believing it to be the only path to unbounded buyer advocacy….the cornerstone of consistent, premium home buying services.
We are Realtors, however, and we still have access to the entire Multiple Listing Service, so we have access to every single area listing! And, we even have more! We also have access to new-builds, to for-sale-by-owners, and a great deal of unlisted properties. So this paradox: we have no listings of our own, but more to show than traditional Realtors!
So we haven’t “sold” a home therefore in these 16 years of our existence, but we’ve helped more than 2100 families buy more wisely, (and without a penny of additional costs.)
These benefits are "automatic":
Absolute objectivity in the marketplace! We won't direct you to “preferred” (in-house) listings for we have none! We don't care what you buy as long as it's the best possible selection, with only your interests being served.
- Never a conflict of interest with a seller...on any subjects. We're always loyal to you and support your interests exclusively, that’s without exception!
- No "Dual Representation”...neither at the agent level, nor the agency level! No situation therefore where the agent or the agency even attempts to represent both the seller and the buyer. Dual agency or representation is a difficult passage in the best hands, and requires, by law, special disclosures and practices. We avoid it completely! (See a footnote below*)
- It permits specialization and all of its benefits. By always looking at the transaction from the buyers' side and for ways to serve them better, these benefits emerge:
Gathering information for the buyers benefit.
- Making sure buyers see all of the options
- Negotiating seriously
- Looking for trouble...so that there are no unpleasant surprises
- Setting up resale ... a prime buying goal.
