Our Affiliations and Relationships:

Our "Relationship" with the rest of  the realty community:  It's excellent.  It’s a relationship we value and work at.  They are our allies in making good things happen for our own buyer clients.

The National Association of Realtors: We all belong, as well as to the local affiliates, our two local “Boards of Realtors”.  We’ve received many honors from them, (see “Honors” section here.)

Nancy Jo has been a member of Rasi's Professional Standards Committee for many years, and Paul was recently appointed to the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Gateway Board of Realtors....both prestige appointments carefully considered.

Multiple Listing Service access is provided by virtue of being a member of the National Association of Realtors, and  the local Boards of Realtors.   We therefore have access to every single listing in the Realtor community, offering all with absolute impartiality.   We ironically offer even more, with purchases of non-listed properties making up about 30% of the total in most years.

Equal Housing Opportunity is automatic….it’s right and fair and integral to high ethical standards.

The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents:  (NAEBA) We all belong.  Merrill was a charter member of this organization in 1994, was its first treasurer and its fourth president.  He also served on the board of directors for a total of 8 years and holds awards and a CEBA certificate…”Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent”.

The Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC, a subsidiary of NAR); As brokers, Paul and Merrill belong, both hold ABR degrees (Accredited Buyers Representative.)  

Merrill was named to REBAC’s “Hall of Fame” in the fall of 2005, one of only 6 from their membership of 60,000, for his work in blending the affairs of NAEBA and REBAC.

The Employees Relocation Council:  We’re members of both the national organization and the St. Louis area branch.

The Society of Human Resource Management: National members.

The Better Business Bureau of the St. Louis area: We belong, in testimony to the fact we’ve never had a complaint lodged against us, and subscribe to the highest set of business ethics.  Our rating has always been A+.

  Skype is spoken here.  This is especially useful for overseas clients, most of whom have Skype installed, too.  And it's a great way to "interview".
