There’s a legal rule in “client-level representation” that states our duty of confidentiality survives the closing of your home….and lasts forever. We hope to have deeper relationship than just that, and have prepared the following chart to suggest how we might interact….forever! And remember, to encourage a visit from time to time, we’ve offered free fax and copy service from either of our offices….forever!

| Our Newsletter… Our bi-weekly newsletter is offered to anyone; and we automatically sign up all contacts; (it’s easy to stop, too, if desired.) The major content is purchased but it is very well done, and soon, we’ll be posting a library of all past articles; that should be an incredible resource for home ownership, financial management and just plain good living. We have a chance to add a short bit of news with each issue, almost always at the front. You could sign up, or sign up a friend under "Our Newsletter" on the Home Page. |
The “Family Corner” On the Landing Page for “Family Corner”, directions are given for contributing to the last 4 topics shown: Favorite Services--those services and businesses that have given our clients outstanding service. We need name, location, phone # and specialty. Your name would not be mentioned, (unless you wanted it,) and we would have a disclaimer that while we want to recognize these services, we can make no promises for future performance. Client Businesses, Hobbies and Collections- The last 3 topics here, intend to offer opportunities to clients having these interests to share. We’ll need names and at least phone numbers here, as we would be inviting direct response to you….as in advertising and sharing. Watch our website for value ranges and market activity. We’ll supply customized sales data (without interpretation,) and set up a tracker for your neighborhood sales. we would be pleased to also help select good local listing agents, and refer you to exclusive buyer agencies in other communities in the event, (Heaven forbid!) you leave our towns. | A Good Time to Buy a Home? If you’re considering moving up….or moving down or even sideways, you could take advantage of “the times”. It has the making of a Great Time to buy! Good inventory, “good-value-pricing” and incredible interest rates, it may be historic and not likely to be repeated for a very long time. “The Perfect Rainbow” at the lower left of the front page has an example of the incredible effect of low interest rates. |
For-Sale-By-Owners FSBO’s are still a factor, and we always need help in gathering that information. Adding that to listed properties gives us a “leg up”. More than 25% of our purchases have been non-listed in recent years. | Website Review: This an open invitation to review the websites, recognizing they will always be a “work in progress,” and make corrections and suggestions. They need to be the best they can be, so that we’re accurately represented. We want them good enough for all of our clients to be able to recommend them to friends and family. Because of our their domain names and our longevity in the market, we also come up first (usually) on all of the major search engines when our title is inserted in "search for"....and we want to stay that way. Visit Facebook and Linked In: We would love to have you review our presence on Facebook and “LinkedIn” the 2 social media we belong to. Facebook would offer a place to “Like” us, and both Facebook and LinkedIn would receive a written “review”. (Because Google Map Search uses them as references, we would deeply appreciate going to InsiderPages.com, and writing a short testimonial. Search for Home Buyers Relocation Services separately under Edwardsville and O’Fallon, and we’ll pop up. They’ll ask for your first names. (Too bad we couldn't get one combined site, but this is the way Google sets it up....and they're the big gorilla!!) |
