Support for financing your new home is certainly in our span of attention, but in order to provide options to our clients, we do not have an in-house financing arm.  And that's because the lending world has become very complicated in the last couple of years, and we feel our clients are best served by dealing directly with a dedicated, professional mortgage counsellor. On top of that, we’ve always felt they deserve options.

We would be pleased to provide our list of favorite lenders however, in any market....those who have given previous clients outstanding service and know our rules about 'no funny stuff' like junk fees and unpleasant changes in terms.  Just ask, by email or phone.

We aren't in love, by the way, with internet lenders.  it seems the ethics just aren't quite as high as are the ethics of local lenders, and when we need them, they are often hard to find.  We'll work with them, but we certainly watch them carefully, and insist on "Good Faith Estimates" and other written documentation.
