The Concept of "Exclusive Buyer Representation"

  We are an Illinois “Real Estate Agency,” having licensed Real Estate "Brokers" and "Agents", and the only agency in Southwestern Illinois practicing exclusively with buyers.

We are therefore an “Exclusive Buyers Office”, (EBO), and our agents are “Exclusive Buyers Agents” (EBAs).

Exclusive Buyer Agent (EBAs) work solely for buyers, avoiding the conflicts of interest inherent in the traditional seller-oriented purchase transactions. This unique relationship of committed trust and care assures buyers the best possible home buying experience. (In language defined by The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents.)

We consider this the foundation….the enablement….for a truly higher road of buyer representation, all without additional costs to buyers.

And we’ve stood the test of time, creating a host of additional benefits, for our buyer clients. In business from 2 offices for over 20 years, we’ve served more than 3000 buyer families, and not a single seller. And we’ve had a great time doing it!
