• We are a Real Estate Agency, with licensed real estate agents, belonging to the MLS.  We have all of that inventory available to our clients, (and more, as we'll show, as we add fsbo's and "new builds", but we have ties to none of it!
  

• We have chosen however, a revolutionary business model....we only serve buyers.

• We’re the only “Exclusive Buyers Office” and the only office specializing in relocations in SW Illinois, the concept especially well suited to relocating families,  (see cross country).

• Therefore, we're the only realty firm in SW Illinois with zero potential for confliction, (see "Exclusive" under Company Blogs).
•  Additionally serving local buyers, however....the concept serves as well.

•  Specializing in luxury-end homes, relating to the relocation specialization.

• The business model supports a totally different level of service: Buyers become “clients” instead of “customers, the hallmark of being "professional", (see Concept).   Especially, it's a setting for the next item:
  

• The concept ideally supports "Consultation-style-support"... not just reactive or neutral, but proactive on the buyer's behalf.
  

• In our 21^st year…have served 3000+ buyer-families, not a single seller.
  
  
  • Not a single complaint has ever been filed against us in any agency, including Realty Regulatory Agencies and the Better Business Bureau, with which we have an A+ rating.
